Dorina Mullou

Dorina Moullou, PhD, is an archaeologist with the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports and collaborates with the Lighting Laboratory of NTUA on the timely topic of lighting in antiquity. Her research interests include the study of lighting devices and of illumination in antiquity, as well as the lighting of museums and archaeological sites. She is the author of two books and several papers regarding artificial lighting in Ancient Greece. She has taught at the University of Peloponnese, the University of Crete and the Ionian University and has participated on Theses’ supervising commitees at NTUA and the University of Waterloo, in Canada . Since 2013 she has been Greece’s National Coordinator and National Contact Point for the European Heritage Label (EU Initiative).
